We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy above this section to familiarise yourself with the process for exchanging a product.
We accept exchanges if the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong product.
To initiate an exchange, please write to us at mesmaa.signatureapparels@gmail.com, with complete information – Order Details, the reason behind your intention to exchange the product with a product video attached at the opening. This should be done within 48 hrs from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline an exchange.
The refund will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.
Products that have been customized as per client’s requirements such as custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange.
The Exchange of Gift Vouchers is not acceptable.
Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping when the corrected product is delivered to you.
The colours you see on your device may vary due to the varying colour reproduction, brightness, resolution, and temperature of individual devices. If you’d like more clarity before your purchase, please contact our customer engagement team. They will be happy to assist you with ‘daylight’ images if needed. We will not accept exchanges against colour perception concerns.
What is a product package unboxing video?
To explain in detail, PLEASE don’t open the package just like that. Either with your mobile or any other recording device record the opening of the product package continuously till all the products are opened and shoot close shoots of all the products and check for any damages at the same time. In case of any damage, zoom in and shoot it. Please make sure you make a single video and not multiple videos. You will need this video as proof for approval of your return requests. Note: Modified videos are not acceptable.
